Stranger In My Dream

Stranger In My Dream

Afraid to reach out, she eventually,

Exploded with the truth, expectedly,

She turned to a stranger, close as can be,

Bursting with tears, she said, hold me.

She awoke with a pillow, no stranger there,

Someone was here, she could almost swear,

Her imagination ran wild, again not rare,

Alas by herself, she would have to fare.
